Stable positioning and repeatable accuracy are achieved by the three-axis with the integration of C3 grade precision screw along with nut preload and screw pretension. Backlash and temperature rise elongation are eliminated beforehand, facilitating smooth and consistent operations.
To ensure superior axial rigidity, the three-axis screw comes equipped with high-precision P4 bearings.
To ensure exceptional dynamic rotation accuracy and a long lifespan, the main shaft is outfitted with precisely ground and assembled P4-level bevel ball bearings boasting high rigidity. The implementation of a high-speed silent toothed belt further enhances performance.
To enhance the stability and speed of the spindle head during cutting or rapid vertical movements, the counterweight system is furnished with guide rails. Additionally, these guide rails play a vital role in minimizing vibration, thereby ensuring accurate results are achieved.
Our design features a structure that effectively separates oil and water, allowing for the centralized recovery of slideway oil. This solution not only meets but exceeds environmental protection requirements.

This hydraulic balance device equipped machine tool offers excellent versatility for processing various workpieces including cylindrical, spur gear, helical gear, and turbine. It allows for both down milling and up milling operations, ensuring high efficiency and user-friendly operation. Noteworthy specifications include a maximum cutting modulus of 5mm for steel and 6mm for cast iron, as well as a maximum diameter for processing spur gears of 350mm with outer support and 600mm without external support. When it comes to processing cylindrical helical gears, it can handle diameters up to 370mm at a helix angle of 30 degrees, 370mm at a helix angle of 45 degrees, and 250mm at a helix angle of 60 degrees. The hob has a generous maximum vertical stroke length of 260mm and hobbing length of 240mm. The distance between the hob spindle and the centerline of the worktable ranges from a minimum of 25mm to a maximum of 320mm, whereas the distance between the worktable and the centerline of the hob spindle has a minimum of 170mm. The hob interchangeable spindle is available in three diameters: 22mm, 27mm, and 32mm. The maximum hob diameter is 120mm, while the worktable hole has a diameter of 60mm and the worktable spindle measures 30mm. The hob spindle operates at speeds ranging from 50-275r/min across 8 different grades. Each hob produces a vertical feed rate of 0.24-4.25mm/r per workpiece. The machine tool is powered by a 3kw, 1430 rpm main motor and features a 90w cooling motor. It weighs approximately 2400kg and has an overall dimension of 1825*935*1730mm.
